Your firm's page
A page for your firm, and the leads it brings
Build your firm's page in Mastro, share it anywhere, and each business that signs up is a lead in your pipeline, with a portal of its own.
The page
About your firm, and a form to sign up
- Your wordsA headline, what your firm does, your services with their prices if you like, where you are, and your website.
- The form you wantAsk for a phone, an address, the services they need, and a message, or keep it to a name and an email.
- A portal from the first visitWhoever signs up gets an account, so your proposal, its documents, and your messages wait for them in their portal.
- Who hears of itEach new lead goes to the person you choose, or your owners and admins hear of it.
Sharing it
Know what each place brought
A link for each channel
One for your newsletter, one for a referral partner, one for social: each counts its visits, and each lead keeps the link it came by.
On your own website
The embed code puts the page and its form on your firm's site.
From other funnels
A webhook address takes leads from your other forms and tools, with the field names they already use.
From another CRM
Import its export or a spreadsheet: each row checked, and businesses you already have left out.
The pipeline
It moves when the client does
Leads, Proposals, Onboarding, and Active, with who has each. A lead becomes a proposal when you send one, and a client when it accepts. A lost lead is kept with why. Phones, emails, and addresses are checked and formatted once, then reused by the proposal, the invitation, and the books.
Questions
The page and its leads, asked
What does the page cost?
Nothing more. Leads and proposals are never billed; a client costs what its modules do once it's taken on.
What happens when the same business signs up twice?
It's the lead you already have, brought up to date, not a second one.
Can I keep my own website?
Yes. Embed the page and its form there, or link to it.
Who can change the page?
Your firm's owners and admins, from Settings.
