Proposals and signing

From proposal to signed letter, in Mastro

Send a lead your proposal and engagement letter, and have it accepted and every document signed in Mastro. No DocuSign, and nothing to copy from one system to another.

The proposal

Your services and fees, and your letter

  1. Write it from the lead

The services and fees, each once, monthly, quarterly, or yearly, and the Mastro modules the work needs.

  2. Your engagement letter with it

Written once in Settings, with the client's name, your firm's, and the date filled in as each proposal goes.

  3. Waiting in their portal

A lead who signed up on your firm's page answers it from their portal; anyone else gets a link of their own, good for 30 days.

  4. Accepted by name

They type their name to accept, kept with when, the address, and the browser, or decline and say why. You hear either way.

  5. Taken on at once

Accepting moves the client to onboarding, turns on its modules, invites its owner to the portal, and makes its fees a billing plan for you to look over and start.

Questions

Proposals and signing, asked

Do I still need DocuSign?

Not for what you send clients from Mastro. It sends, takes each signature, seals the signed copy with a certificate of completion, and files it with the client.

What does it cost?

Nothing more. Leads and proposals are never billed; a client costs what its modules do once it's taken on.

Can I use the engagement letter I have?

Yes. Write it into Settings, or upload it as a PDF of up to 20 pages and place the fields where they go.

Where does the signed copy go?

Into the client's documents in Mastro, and by email to whoever signed it.

Can I take one back?

Yes, while it's still out. Its link stops working, and a lead waiting on a proposal is a lead again.
